Jazz Hip Hop Nutcracker Training Academy
Fall Classes 2011 Late August – mid December
Professional training in a community setting. Small class sizes insure maximum attention and individualized learning. ALL children and youth enrolled in these classes perform in the original professional production of the Jazz Hip Hop Nutcracker.
Classes are weekly, graded by age and ability. In addition there are required rehearsals every Saturday beginning in October.
Classes begin either the last week in August or the first week in September. Class schedule and locations are being finalized now.

Additional Classes: afterschool class Tuesdays or Wednesdays in Capitol Hill for ages 7-12 and a Saturday afternoon class
We are also developing an afterschool class on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in Capitol Hill for ages 7-12 and a Saturday afternoon class on Capitol Hill for more experienced youth dancers, age 11-15.

Momentum Dance Theatre offers professional training in a fun atmosphere on Capitol Hill. High quality, evidence based dance and dance theater training leading to community performances in late spring and a full concert in June. In age and level appropriate classes each child will develop skills in jazz and hip hop technique, gain strength, flexibility, and coordination, learn how to remember choreography, find the individual performer within, learn and develop movement improvisation skills and grow as a dancer and a person! Oh-and have too much fun!
