Ballet Workout
a unique blend of ballet floor barre and a fast paced ballet class. Terrific for toning, coordination, placement, posture and grace. Classes are geared to a gym setting however also give solid technical training in ballet.
Multilevel classes accommodate beginners through intermediate level.

Classes are ongoing. You can take classes without being a gym member! A 10 visit pass is just $150! So for only $15 a class you can also use the gym facilities including Jacuzzi, steamroom and sauna!
